Refresh ILO
ILO reported a faited drive in the array. A new drive was sent and replaced . However ILO is still showing the drive as failed. And it is continuing to show the S/N of the original drive, not the new one. How do I tell ILO to refresh its info?
Thanks

Re: Query: Refresh ILO
Both link are OK for me, anyway I can tell you that both have nothing in common with your problem, I think they are automatic suggestions ...
You could :
Reset ILO
If nothing is changed, try tp upgrade to the latest version of ILO.
If nothing is changed, try tp upgrade to the latest firmware of your Smart Array.
If nothing changes, make sure the disk inserted is not actually the one the ILO says it is..
