Reinstall windows server 2019

Hi,

Can anyone guide me as to how to reinstall Windows Server 2019 on HP Proliant DL-380 G10.

No changes required at hardware or other level only reinstall OS.

And there no problem showing I'm selected IOS image then there is no respone to next 

Please advise!
