remote console stoped after minutes and restart for ilo. i need to know why?

Hi @Mostafa98 ,
Hope I understood correclty, that the iLO console is not hung after some time and you reconnected, logged in to the iLO and took the console again.
Please try out the following -
1) Check the iLO logs for cause of the issue.
2) May be some other user has aquired the console.
3) It also depends on web browser used for console access.
4) Did you take the HTML option for console. For some of the versions and web browsers, we may face issue in .net and other options.
5) Update the iLO firmware to the latest.
