Remplacement disque dur
Bonjour,
Je vous contacte concernant le serveur **Confidential info erased**
En effet, un disque dur est presque HS (voyant orange) mais le sapre n'a pas encore pris le relai.
Nous avons un nouveau disque dur afin de remplacer celui en panne.
Quelle est svp la procédure pour le remplacement SVP?

Firstly we have to know your server model and genaration details. RAID controller and configured RAID details, HDD type. then we can provide you right direction. if you have RAID configured other then RAID-0. and useing Hotswap HDD, you can replac it any time by your own self. you can install Smart Storage Administrator Application on your server to check/ configure RAID volumes. HPE Smart Storage Administrator (HPE SSA) . Please download appropriate version for OS and install it first.
