Replaced Failed Hard Drives

I replaced 2 failed Hot Plug hard Drives on a Proliant ML370G5 server. After replacing them I do not have a Green Indicator light that tells me if the drive in "online." There is no light at all. Any help wouyld be great.

Have you previously configured them as spare drives ?, did you configure an array ?, if so, which type ?. If configured an array, did you take into account configuring them as part of the array ?.
