resource conflict - pci mass storage controller in slot 4

Hello,
I have just installed a 3com pci nic card in my HP Proliant ML150 g2 server running win 2003 server R2. After installing the device i get the following error msg:

"resource conflict - pci mass storage controller in slot 4
bus:03, device:04, function:00"

Raid configuration goes through fine as well as the broadcom ethernet boot agent. Then stops with the aforementioned error message. Reads f1 to resume and f10 to setup.

In windows it shows the nic card in device manager with no problems but, 'other devices' has the yellow mark for the scsi controller.'

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

If the 3Com is an older PCI card it shouldn´t be in the same PCI Bus as the RAID controller.

Is the 3Com 32bits card. If so use the PCI Slot 5.
Sometimes the PXE function must be disabled in the adicional Ethernet card (3Com).

Be sure that all the IRQ's are assigned automatically.

Regards.
