resource Conflict

I have an ML310 server with Windows Server 2003 that has 2 serial ports. One is automatically configured as Com 1 using IRQ 4 and 03F8-03FF.

The second port automatically configures as Com 2 IRQ 3 and 02F8-02FF. However these settings conflict with the APCI Multiprocessor PC and the PCI bus. When I change to any one of the 8 "setting based on" other configurations, they all still conflict.

I need this second port. How can I configure it NOT to conflict with something?
