Same problem
We have server with same symptoms.
Server in the minimal configuration -
1 proccessor, 512Mb memory, 2 HDD, no additional cards.
How solve this problem?
I not look answer on question of John Higgins.

It looks like you hit "new" instead of "reply" to an existing thread. If you tell me what type of issue you are having, I can change the title of this thread so that the problem is clear. You will get more response if the title indicates what the problem is.
