You might need to upgrade the firmware on the controller, server board, and drives.

Sure?
I need to look up this (SAS disks behave differently and it depends on the controller), but IIRC this frequency means the disks are idle...

Actually every things looks healthy except system management home page logs, with this error:
array is not configured!!!
but arrays are configured and ACU shows they are working fine. I have working data on them. and disks are not idle. The firmware version of both controllers are the same , but the integrated controller behaves normally.
