SATA Performance

My customer has SATA benchmark for DL140 G2 and IBM x336 using a single 80GB SATA disk attach to the embedded SATA controller. The disk performance for x336 is about 45~50MB/s as expectation. But DL140G2 is only 3~5MB/s. They try 2 different DL140G2 with RHEL4. But servers have the same performance. So it should not be hardware error. Pls support to identify the issue.
