Dear, we had a bad time searching nic nc373i sco open server driver.

Dear Karlo,
thanks for the answer, Broadcom has just released a driver for OpenServer 5.0.7 for their NetXtreme II line (BCM5706 and BCM5708). This driver is called bnxii.
