scripting: select boot controller

hi there,
we build our own fully unattended install dvd with the smart start scripting tool kit and win pe.
everything works fine, while the new proliant server has online one smart-array-controller.
but when there is a second controller in the proliant server our raid-skript using cpqacuxe.exe failed.
we need the possibility to set the boot controller by script.
is this possible?
conrep and hpdiscovery doesn't have that feature.
we want not the select the boot controller manuell by pressing keys.
