SCSI BIOS not Installed!!

I am working with ML350 G2 Server. Every thing seems to be ok while system boots, the boot controller order is properly set, Array Controller 532 is also working well alongwith SCSI board. Now when i Created RAID 1 the configuration was saved properly. and when i created RAID 5 the configuration save took a long time but no result.
Is some one there to helpout in this regard because this is crucial.
