SCSI RAID controller setup help
Good day, I tried in any way to configure the controller but I can't get around it and I need some help. I recieved an old HP ProLiant ML330 G3 with an ASC-29160i SCSI controller card and 2 SCSI HDD. When I boot up the server, it beeps twice and writes on screen "162 - System Options Not Set". I tried everything on the internet without success. Can you guide me somehow? Thank you very much.

Re: SCSI RAID controller setup help
Because of the age of the server the CMOS battery may be empty, so the BIOS settings will no longer be stored, Check and replace the battery and reset the BIOS to defaults.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: SCSI RAID controller setup help
Hi Torsten, thank you for your input. I believe if the CMOS battery was empty, I'd notice the time changing back to default everytime. The server keeps the time setup even after days of not being plugged in and be turned on, so I believe the CMOS battery's still alive.
