SCSI Storage Agent Error
I found the following Event in my NT Server Event Viewer:
"Component: Compaq SCSI Storage Agent Error: Unable to open any SCSI ports. Cause: The SCSI driver may have been deleted or the driver may not have started. Reinstall the SCSI driver. If the system does not have any SCSI devices, disable the Compaq SCSI Storage Agent via the Compaq Management Agent Control Panel.
Event ID 1333
Category: SCSI
Type: Warning"
I searched in Microsoft Technet but i didn?t obtain any response to my problem because is a specific Compaq Agent message.
Please tell me which are the procedures that I should carry out to solve the inconvenience.
Thanks for your help.
Viviana

Re: SCSI Storage Agent Error
Do either of you actually have anything attached to that controller? If not, remove the "SCSI Information Agent" as it has nothing to do without a load on the controller. That agent is NOT used for an array controller (there is a dedicated agent for that).
