Secure Path installation.

I recently installed two Proliant ML370 on Windows 2000 MSCS using Dual RA4100 controlled storageworks. I missed out the installation of Secure path during setup operation, the machine is working fine but just been prompted for the installation of secure path. There is no way I could reinstall the machine because it already live in production. Is it possible to install secure path and get it to work effectively after the cluster configuration is been completed. Do anyone have the experience such post cluster installation of secure path. I would appreciate your comment and suggestion.
