Serial numbers

I am running SCO 5.0.2 on a Compaq Proliant 1600 350 with EFS ver.5.25a. Are there any log files on the system where EFS writes the serial number of the server? We have over 350 servers, and I need a quick way to retrieve this information remotely (other than using Insight Manager)

You can access the serial number of the servers only with the survey utility which is part of the compaq management agents available at http://www.compaq.com/support/files/server/us/download/10296.html
When this is installed, you can connect to the ip adderss of the server port 2301 in netscape and then get the survey report, which has the serial number.
