Dear  riponmiah

Please remove power cables press and hold power switch for 20-30 seconds, again restore power and check. if same, please remove the PROC check all the pins in PROC socket is proper or banned. reseat PROC and check,  swap between both PROC and check. Please upgrade firmware to latest for BIOS and iLO and check. Also Please check and confirm PROC 1 getting heated or not?? Server booted or not??

Let me know after this activity.
