server down and ILO has not configured yet

I have a DL380g4 down and ILO has not configured yet. I need to log in to ILO management to read the LOG to know what happen with this server.I want to use arp to configure ILO IP address. But I can't found the MAC address of the ILO port. How to solve this ? Please help

when you turn on the server during POST you have to press F8 it will automatically enter to ilo configuration

look for network tab and you will see the MAC address

also you can change other parameters there (ip, )

The server is totally down, I can't see nothing even POST, but all of led indicator is green (like everything is okay). Ethernet is flashing green also but I can not ping it. I think the last chance is by login to the ILO port to read system log to know what happen. But how to configure ILO if I don't know ILO's MAC address ? Thank you.

did you see the attached picture ok

ok try this if you have your ILO connected to network it will automatically take an IP address

you have to try this IP adress in other computer to get access to ILO

have you tried reseated components?
Did you install any new Software / hardware on the server the last time?
minimal configuration?
swap components?
clean NVRAM?
those are just to be sure

that is weird because you're telling that all LED are ok but you cant see POST
