Re: server hp ml 350 g6 y NW 6.5 sp8
thanks for sharing your concern.
here we go
Advisory :c01721093
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c01721093
Download psp-8.20.nw.i386.zip (or later).
Extract and Install HPQCISS.HAM and HPQCISS.DDI
Open cpqcsp.txt on the list of files in psp-8.20.nw.i386.zip.
Locate the CPxxxxxx.nlm file associated with HPQCISS.HAM (cp008877.nlm).
Extract version 1.16a (or later) of HPQCISS.HAM and HPQCISS.DDI.
Copy HPQCISS.HAM and HPQCISS.DDI to a diskette or to a drive key.
Start the NetWare installation using the Manual method.
While NetWare attempts to load the driver, delete the instances of IDEATA.HAM.
Press the F3 key and direct the installation to HPQCISS.HAM and HPQCISS.DDI Version 1.16a (or later).
Complete the installation.
hope this helps,

Re: server hp ml 350 g6 y NW 6.5 sp8
* You only need to delete the second instance of IDEATA.HAM (the one with "RAID ADAPTER" on it's description) , do not delete both since one is needed for the optical drive or virtual media.
* Make sure you download the latest driver from here:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=3884082&prodNameId=3884083&swEnvOID=1064&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-5a33aac3ba07445e82bafee74f
... to avoid lock ups with backup software such as BackupExec Netbackup etc.
