kingehimen: call HP support
Caps lock is annoying, please stop :)
J04 2013.08.24 points to an HP ProLiant ML310e Gen8.
Because the server doesn't get very far in boot, try to remove as many components from the server as possible and see if it goes further. For example: all PCI cards, as few DIMMs/CPUs as possible, etc.

Re: SERVER NOT BOOTING, STATUS CODE :0114
Hi,
Its stopping at Memory and QPI link initialization text.
Understood that we cannot enter bios, so remove the chassis cover and Clear the NVRAM from the System Maintenance Switch. Refer to your server maintenance guide for switch position.
Remove additional RAM and test with minimum RAM at POST.
Remove additional processor and test with single processor.
Refer this link for more information on Intel QPI.
[Moderator edit: Removed the broken link. Please refer to https://support.hpe.com/]
Thank You!
I am a HP employee
