Server not booting to desktop

Our server is not booting to desktop. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Model: ProLiant ML310e Gen8 v2.

OS: Win Server 2008 R2

Problem: Stops at 20% when booting.

Status code: 0168

What is the last line shown?

Connect to ILO and have a look in hardware overview and IML.
