server shutdown

This server shuts down constantly , the event log gives the following messages
Compaq Threshold Agent: Falling Threshold Passed. SNMP MIB Variable .1.3.6.1.4.1.232.11.2.3.1.1.2.0 has value -1 <= 0. Severity: Unknown; Description: None. Refer to the Compaq MIB for a definition of the variable.
Compaq Threshold Agent: Rising Threshold Passed. SNMP MIB Variable .1.3.6.1.4.1.232.11.2.3.1.1.2.0 has value 41 >= 0. Severity: Unknown; Description: None. Refer to the Compaq MIB for a definition of the variable.
Compaq intergrated log states that it is an unrecoverable system error NMI,
A compaq engineer has changed the memory as he said this was at fault but we are still getting these errors, any ideas

Does running the server in Diags show any faults? To get to Compaq Diags, press F10 when the cursor moves to the top right hand screen during power up. Then select test from the menu.
