Server Test
I need to remotely test backup A/D on a DL380 G8 system. In Netware you could DOWN a server leaving the power to the server on. Is this possible using iLo so that I can bring the server back up? If not, I'll have to have someone physically present in the server rooom.
Thanks

Re: Server Test
Hi, yes it has.
You could power off the server from within the OS and then from iLO you can power it back on again.
You could also power it off from iLO if you want an unclean shutdown.
