Server will not POST
I have 4 dl380 G4 servers, each with single procs, Intel Xeon 3.8 Irwindales, all the same revisions. Each are in working condition. I was going to consolidate equipment into two servers, combine RAM and procs to have 2 servers total with dual procs and 8 GB of RAM in each for esxi. Each proc post's and boots fine when in a single proc configuration. When I try to use two procs in a server I do not get a POST. I have swapped CPU's and RAM, hard drives and tried minimal boots, yet I still receive no POST. Is there anything I need to configure to get the servers to POST with two procs in them?

Re: Server will not POST
You moved the processors, but did you move their Voltage Regulator Modules (VRMs) too?
