Several strange F10 errors when accessing SSA

Hello friends

I have tried to replace 3V battery, set the motherboard switch 6 to ON, update/recovery of Intelligent Provisioning but have 4 servers with all very strange errors. Is there any help left or do I really have to replace the motherboard? Systems are HP DL380 Gen9.

GRUB Error, Questionsmarks, Invalid Opcode Exception, NVRAM Error

See pictures added to this post.img_39226lch1img_4072ygi1pimg_7655bvfywimg_39230wedvimg_4074sidcz

Thanks for any help

Regards, David

Re: Several strange F10 errors when accessing SSA

Greetings!

What is the model number of the server? What is the OS running on the server?
Is the server able to boot to the OS?
Does this error come only while accessing SSA/Intelligent Provisioning?
Was there any changes made before the issue started?
Do you see any errors logged in the integrated management logs?
