SFP compatibility with mikrotik
I have a 10GB nic 530-FLR
Will it work with a mikrotik RB3011UIAS-RM router?
Mikrotik says
Note: MikroTik devices and SFP/SFP+/QSFP+ modules do not have any restrictions for other vendor equipment.
As long as the other vendor modules and devices comply with transceiver multi-source agreement (MSA) they should be compatible with MikroTik.

Re: SFP compatibility with mikrotik
Hello,
As per your query, i cannot confirm whether this 3rd party router is supported/compatible or not, since we dont have any supported docs.
Below is the quick specification fort the 530FLR

Re: SFP compatibility with mikrotik
The compatibility list for the mikrotik RB3011UIAS-RM at 10G SFP+ is this
https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/MikroTik_SFP_module_compatibility_table#10G_SFP.2B
In it is specifies different modules
https://mikrotik.com/product/Splus85DLC03D
https://mikrotik.com/product/Splus31DLC10D#fndtn-specifications
https://mikrotik.com/product/Splus2332LC10D
https://i.mt.lv/cdn/product_files/splitter_modules_180841.pdf
https://mikrotik.com/product/SplusDA0001
https://mikrotik.com/product/s_ao0005
It says "They provide a low cost, low power and low latency interconnect solution for 10-Gigabit Ethernet, Fiber Channel and other industry standards, and are direct attached compliant and fully conform to the SFP+ MSA specifications"
But in the quick specification for the 530FLR I can't find any specification that leads me to any conclusion, more than a list of compatibility wich only includes proliant servers.
best regards
