Smart Array 641 not detected in ML350G3

Hi..

Currently i've a ML350G3 server and have 3 x 36GB harddisks installed. I've also a smart array 641 installed. But at the OS level, the smartarray is detected but disabled. It states that "not enough resources for the device" at the device manager screen. Any possible reasons for the cause of this? Any recommended remedies?

Assuming server System ROM and Firmware for SA controller Up to date.

Change resources from PCI devices or disable if you don't use some of them
