I'm facing cache error in Smart Array P440ar, its having latest firmware and battery status is ok . Server HPE DL380 G9. Can you pls assit on this...

SolutionHi Iyyanar ,
Since you mentioned that Controller Firmware is latest. (Version:7.00 (9 Sep 2019)
Make sure you have te Latest Smart Storage Administrator installed
> Please check the Status in Smart Storage Administrator If you are getting the option to Re-enable the Cache .
> If Battery status is Ok , possible issue is Cache Module itself .
> Since Battery is Ok ,if the problem persists, you need to replace the control card. because the cache module is embedded.

Yes I have already tried to re-enabled the cache settings but problem remain so let me replace the controller card since cache memory is embedded and confirm you the final status soon..

Please let us know , if you have replaced the Controller.
If the issue still remains , we would request you to please log a case with HPE support with Latest Logs.

Issue has been resolved after replacing the RAID controller.
