smart array p816i-a sr gen10 on RHEL 8.4

Hello all, 

I'm trying to install RHEL 8.4 on an apollo serveur 4200 gen 10 with a smart array p816i-a sr gen10 . Smart array are not reconized during the installation. 

I tried RHEL 7.x and smart array are seen and i can install the operating system. So I've concluded it's a driver issue  

I tried to load the driver from this page, https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/swd/detail?swItemId=MTX-7db3235b879e4be98e506bd732#tab2, during the installation by editing the kernel boot with the option linux dd. After create a iso file with the right rpm file the dd tool cannot detecte driver from the rpm ...

any help will be appreciate to move out from this blackhole >< !
