SmartArray Driver for Win2003 and Sysprep

Hello,

the SmartArray Controllers 6400 and 5312 are using the same driver for Windows 2003.
Does someone know if the controllers are using it in different way ?
Especially the installation-mini-setup of sysprep, does it work really fine when the master sysprep-image is build with an 6400 and the installation starts on an 5312 ?
Normally, for different scsi-controllers you have to produce a different master-installation. But the SmartArrays have the same driver for Windows 2003.
