SmartArray P400 failure
On server stopped responding, probably because of a disk access problem. While rebooting, the P400 BIOS (v5.20) issued the following message:
1719- Slot 2 Drive Array - A contoller failure event occured prior to this power-up (Previous lock up code = 0xC0)
The message is the only indication of the failure, so:
What does "Previous lock up code = 0xC0" mean?

Re: SmartArray P400 failure
Hello Martin,
That is a small preview of the "Controller in a lockup state" error/issue;
Luckily it pulled itself back to the working condition. This behavior is largely seen due to old firmware. Use Firmware Cd8.1 to update all firmware. & run the ADU to check for any other issues with the controller/HDD/Cache .. etc.
Regards,
