We need to implement sql 2005 cluster and ready
to invest in the best hardwere.
what is the best server / storage system for
sql 2005 cluster (active active)and did anyone
already implement such an enviorment?

This is a very open ended question and honestly, if any solution is touted as the "best" then it probably isn't.
What are your storage requirements? How big will this database be? How heavy will the usage be?
I could just recommend two DL380 G5s, but from the way your question is worded, it really feels like you'd be better served doing some research on exactly what you need, and then asking what would serve those needs.
