SR P408i-a Reset Factory Defaults
Hi there,
I have a P408i-a array card that I want to restore its configuration to factory default to start from scratch.
What would be the proper process to perform this task?
Does this process need to be done through the BIOS or through the SSA?

Hi @gherrerair ,
As I know, there is no option to restore to factory reset for Smart array controller.
You can do drive level reset. Another option is 'Secure erase'. It will reset all the controllers of the server to factory reset using RBSU. Please read about secure erase carefully, before initiating.
