Standard VGA resolution on ATI adapter on ML350-G6

On a ProLiant ML350 G6 server the resolution of the ATI adapter intermittently drops to 640x480x4 after logoff.

Only remedy is a server reboot (Windows 2008).

I've tried replacing the driver with an older version from 2008, same problem. A search across the forums shows a post of someone having the same  issue with a blade server holding a Matrox on-board thus ATI does not seem to be the problem.

Anyone seen this phenomenon before and found a fix?

Quickspecs says its a Integrated ATI RN50, 64MB video standard

Thx for the reply, unfortunately these are 2003 drivers you point me too.

The 2008 edition of the driver is available in 3 versions and I've tried them all by now to no avail.
