startup errors

I've installed Red Hat 6.2 Linux distribution, all go well, but sometimes, the system at login prompt reports the following messages:
CARD REPORTS NO RX BUFFER
CARD REPORTS NO RESOURCES

You have not provided enough information in your message to determine the nature of your problem or an appropriate resolution. What card are you talking about? What software or driver is loading that is reporting no RX BUFFERS? Have you configurd the transmit and receive buffers in the configuration files for networking. Please provide more information.
