STOP: 0x0000007F
I have multiple servers running Citrix that reboot every few days with the following error:
The Compaq System Management Driver has detected that the system encountered an NT bugcheck prior to this boot. The bugcheck data was: STOP: 0x0000007F (0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000).
Any ideas? Thanks.

Re: STOP: 0x0000007F
Get a memory dump and contact Microsoft. The System Management Driver is only reporting the error - it's not the source of the error. A bugcheck has to be "debugged" by Microsoft.

We're getting the same thing here... all latest service packs, drivers, etc - I'd be interested if you get anywhere..

Re: STOP: 0x0000007F
Well, despite the fact that most documentation regarding this error points to a hardware issue, I knew it couldn't be (in our case) since it was happenning on multiple servers. We did have to end up calling Microsoft and sending them our dump. Turns out they didn't even need it, they had plenty of "internal" documentation on this issue, but, for some reason (so that you have to call and pay, maybe??) it is not posted on Technet/KB. Our problem was being caused by print drivers. I described the error to tech support, they had me search for some files, I renamed those drivers, and the problem went away. Search for these files on your servers:
hpblff2.dll
hpblgf2.dll

hpblff2.dll
