Stripe-size for Shared Storage and Quorum?

Hallo!

I'm in the process of implementing a Virtual Server R2 EE-Cluster on a HP ProLiant DL380 G4 Packaged Cluster with MSA500 G2 storage.
Can anybody give me an advice which stripe-size I should choose for the virtual disks on the storage array which will host the quorum, and an other one the virtual machines (30...60GB)?
The bigger the better, the smaler the better or pick the default 16KB?
