SUM Inventory failed:Connection failed

Hi, I would like to perform a remote SPP (24.04, Sum 10.7.0)  update for some servers and have already created all nodes and set up the repository.
The discovery process works perfectly, but the message "Inventory failed:Connection failed: This can happen if ports 63001, 63002 are in use by another application, or blocked by firewall settings. Please check the troubleshooting guide to know the application that is using the ports."  always appears during the inventory.
Ports are definitely not occupied and are not blocked by another application. The firewall was also deactivated for testing purposes, but the result remains the same.
I am at a loss, any ideas as to why this could be?

Edit 23.07.2024
It seems it have something to do with the connection to windows. when ILO selected, an inventory is carried out. (However, I get a white screen during the review, but that seems to be a different problem). Windows credentials have already been checked twice and are correct.

Thanks in advance and best regards,
Fred

Hello @Fred-M
Please review HPE SUM userguide -https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=sd00002247en_us&page=GUID-FE983786-D7A1-41EB-B5F8-F70686C8CB3D.html to confirm if those ports are unblocked.

If they're unblocked and if the issue remains, we would suggest you to log a HPE Support ticket with the HPE Support team after capturing the HPE SUM Logs to review and resolve the issue.
