Switch side settings for NIC teaming
I have an HP NAS B2000v2 which is based on the Proliant D380.
I would like to team the two internal Gigabit ethernet nic's using the "Switch assisted Load Balancing" option.
My question is this.... How are the two ports on my switch (HP Procurve 5308) configured, mainly what type of trunk do I declare them as? Would this be a FEC (Fast Ethernet Channel) trunk or a regular SA/DA trunk?
