sysprep fails

I've installed Windows 2000 Server using the assisted installation. I tried then to run Sysprep from Microsoft to reconfigure the machine. After I've run Sysprep, the machine reboots and starts the Mini-Setup Wizard. Everything looks fine, but after I filled that I'll be in a workgroup and pressed next, the machine rebooted. This step is before the final task of the Sysprep. I'm using the Smart Array with RAID 5 with one spare ( 4 disks ). I've tried running sysprep and sysprep -pnp. Some suggestions ?
