System board problem

HP Proliant ML350,OS : Red hat Linux 7.03, RAID 5 with 3 HDD,Total RAM :4GB (1024 * 4),Smart array 642 is used.

2.Since Smart array 642 is being used, I disabled onboard SCSI controller and no error observed during Linux booting process.
