System Hangs/Panics

I have experienced several system hangs and panics on my ML370 lately, none of which have enabled me to get any kind of diagnostic info on why these are happening. I have disabled ASR, and still the server will either hang leaving no info on the console, or if ASR is enabled of course it autoboots.

Does anyone know of a way to force the system to panic and ask for a system dump to tape in the event of a hang or panic?

I recommend using the SCO diagnostic utility for system hang and kernel picnic; it simply to enable the SCO debug utility witch will log the panic errors and hang problem to a log file mumped on this utility. This how to use it :
