System homepage and MSA1000

HI

we have just noticed on about 5 of our servers that when we load the home page we can not see the external storgae (in all cases at the monet MSA1000) we can see the HBA's but nothing further.

if we open the HP Array configuration utility we can see the attached MSA and disks.

has any one seen this before?

just to add the MSA ids connected direct and NOT going through any switches.
