System Management Homepage Not Working

I have DL 160 G9 Server with Windows Server 2016 STD installed.

Initially I was able to open http://localhost:2381 i.e. System Management Homepage, but suddenly I tried to access  it with our Server Administrator Crendentials but it is not opening. It gives error Username and password do not match. If I use the same credential to open RDP it is working.

Please advise how to resolve.

Hi,

Is this a new installation of SMH or was it working before.

Try with a different browser.  Make sure you are typing the password/username correctly looking at Case sensative, period, underscore or dash.

Depending on the SMH version, there are some guides available for help.

I tried with different browsers but did not work but as soon as I mentioned username as domain\Administrator - it worked
