Is anyone able to help decode the following error message or point me at some information as to how to decode please?

Please share your server model no also Please share iML log to check actual issue.
for IML log => Log in to iLO web consol => click on Integrated Management Log => click on CSV => scroll down => click on save => after download the CSV file open with text viewer.

You can try cyberchef.io for decoding.
From Hex, 5 more - CyberChef
however it could just be a Memory Address or similar.
Other than that, i was looking at the POST error messages documentation:
HPE ProLiant Servers - POST Error Messages and Beep Codes
A similar message can be found "Power Fault Detected in Hot-Plug PCI Slot x"
As previously stated, more diagnostics info would help a lot
