system reboots automatically
we have got a DL380 4G machine with Red Hat linux ES 4 with update 1. sometines the system reboots with the following error log messages
snmpd: Received TERM or STOP signal Shutting down snmpd
snmpd: snmpd shutdown succeeded
snmpd: snmpd startup succeeded
snmpd: cmaX: sent Cold starts on ports 25376 to 25393
snmpd: cMax: subMIB 1 handler has disconnected
..........
The system restarts
kindly help what to do what is the cause of this reboot.

Dear Ramamurty,
Is there any Network monitoring application installaed in the system.
chech #netstat -an for any UNKNOWN connections.
