System will not reboot

I have just rebuilt, i had not inserted two of the scsi ultra 3 drives correctly, it cam and told me that error on slot 0 & 1, and to boot and bypass, or ignore.
I bypassed (did not check drives)
Now machine will not boot at all - i get fail lights on the drives, and the machine hangs - I get no BIOS or scsi setup - how do i bypass this error ???

Please help !
