System won't power up.

HAS RED LIGHT ON MOTHER BOARD BUT WILL NOT FIRE UP. WE HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THE POWER SUPPLIES ARE RUNNING. NO FAN ACTION AT ALL.

The red light indicates a power failure to the system board. Unplug and reseat all connections to the system board. See the Maintenance and Service Guide at this web address.

If you are unable to get the system to power up, replace the system board under your Compaq warranty. You can open a warranty service call by calling 1-800-652-6672.
