Tape Unit 4mm

After reinstall of OS / I'm receiving a error when attempting to backup:
Tape device reported an error on a request to write data to tape.

Error reported:
Unrecognizable data.

Most probably it's due to the driver of DAT in OS.Upgrade the OS to the latest service pack & load the driver again.
